This Refund & Payment Policy outlines the tuition requirements, payment expectations, and refund rules for all PlayVolution Academy programs and services. By enrolling your child or booking any service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Tuition & Service Fees
All program fees must be paid before participation begins. This applies to:
- Daycare
- Preschool
- Kindergarten
- Advanced K5
- SEA Support Classes
- Day Passes & Night Passes
- Additional services or consultations
Fees cover the child’s reserved space, program activities, staffing, and operational costs.
Accepted Payment Methods
- LINX
- Online banking
- Cash (where applicable)
Receipts are issued for all transactions.
2. Payment Deadlines
Monthly tuition payments are due between the 1st and 5th of each month.
Beginning on the 6th day, a 10% daily late fee will be added until payment is made.
For SEA Support Classes:
- Parents paying monthly must pay all fees upfront before the first class of the month.
We do not offer payment plans.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for:
- Illness
- Absences for any reason
- Scheduled holidays
- Early withdrawal from the program
- Missed SEA classes
- Missed Day/Night Pass sessions
- Changes in personal schedule
- Child discomfort during the adjustment period
Refunds are not provided because tuition reserves your child’s space and supports staffing, materials, and daily operations whether or not the child attends.
4. Day Pass & Night Pass Refunds
Day Passes and Night Passes must be booked in advance.
Once booked:
- No refunds
- No credits
- No transfers
If additional hours are used, applicable hourly rates will apply.
5. Registration Fees
Registration fees and enrollment-related charges are non-refundable.
Incomplete registration packages will not be accepted, and refunds are not provided for incomplete submissions.
6. Program Withdrawal
Parents may withdraw their child at any time; however:
- No refunds will be issued for unused days
- No refunds for prepaid monthly fees
- No refunds for SEA monthly payments
Discontinuation of services due to non-compliance with policies or conduct issues will also not qualify for refunds.
7. Returned or Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is rejected by the bank:
- Fees remain due immediately
- Late fees may apply
- Continued enrollment may be paused until the balance is cleared
8. Changes to Fees
PlayVolution Academy reserves the right to adjust fees or introduce new charges.
Any changes will be communicated in advance through official channels.
